Online therapy fits seamlessly into your busy life, offering the flexibility and convenience you need

We co-create an accessible and personalized therapy schedule that allows you to prioritize your emotions with minimal interruption to your routine. As long as you can make a phone or video call in confidential space and are in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, or any other PsyPact states, we will find a way to meet your emotional needs! Whether it’s while you’re walking, laying down, or sitting in nature, I want you to be able to access therapy in the most natural, stress-free way possible. A majority of my clinical experience has been virtual (thanks COVID-19!) and I know that, when done well, online therapy can be just as effective, if not more effective, than traditional, in-person sessions.

Whether you’re dealing with new concerns like identity exploration, stress, or situational overwhelm – or more chronic conditions like pain anxiety, burnout, or nervous system dysregulation – starting therapy is usually the first step. If any of these issues sound way too familiar, I may be able to help.

Signs that it might be the right time for virtual individual therapy:

You’ve got a lot on your plate but benefit from regular check-ins and emotional processing

Weekly online therapy provides the opportunity to not have to navigate it all alone. We can work together in a flexible format to find pathways to wellness and healing, even in the mayhem.

Having a weekly, or biweekly check point can make things feel just a bit more manageable.

Online individual therapy is available in 50- and 75-minute time slots. People tend to utilize the 75-minute sessions if biweekly meetings are a better fit, but sometimes you may just need more time!
